OMB and the University System coordinate on purchasing policies pursuant to N.D.C.C. Chapter 54-44.4 and N.D.C.C. § 15-10-17 (5).
Procurement Advisory Council
The Procurement Advisory Council is established under N.D.A.C. § 4-12-02-03 to discuss procurement practices, recommendations for improvement of the state procurement process, and advise the state procurement manager regarding statewide procurement policies, standards, and guidelines.
