Procurement Advisory Council

The Procurement Advisory Council is established under N.D.A.C. § 4-12-02-03 to discuss procurement practices, recommendations for improvement of the state procurement process, and advise the state procurement manager regarding statewide procurement policies, standards, and guidelines.
