Capitol Cafe Menu

The Capitol Cafe menu changes weekly. The Capitol Café is open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• Breakfast will be served hot bar style, priced by weight open 7-10 a.m.
• The grill will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. See the Grille menu.
• The main entree station is served hot bar style, priced by weight from 11-1 p.m. Open based on business needs.
• Cash and credit will be accepted. Please no bills over $20.
