Delegation of Purchase Authority, SFN 2566, Updated

SFN 2566 Delegation of Purchase Authority form was recently updated to add an option for non-state employee purchase authority delegation. There are 3 types of special delegated authority including Major IT, Provisional and Non-State Employee. Only OMB can grant these authorities.
