The OMB State Procurement Office announces a new contractor (#077) for an existing state contract after re-solicitation for the purchase of motor oil and lubricants.
The State re-solicited state contract 077 – Motor Oil and Lubricants and awarded to A & I Distributors. One of the new features of this contract is the incorporation of cooperative language, which means it’s available to state entities, institutions under the jurisdiction of the State Board of Higher Education, other government entities (including counties, cities, townships, public primary and secondary educational entities, governmental boards and commissions), nonprofit entities established on behalf of public entities, tribal agencies, transportation providers under NDCC Chapter 39-04.2, and the International Peace Garden.

If currently purchasing motor oil & lubricants through the following locations on the prior contract, the agreement ends on October 31, 2020:

- Tri Energy Cooperative in Bismarck, ND
- Enerbase in Minot, ND
- Petro Serve USA in Fargo, ND
- Farmers Union Oil Co – Southern Valley in Fairmount, ND
- Horizon Resources in Williston, ND
- Southwest Grain Petroleum in Dickinson, ND
- Farmers Union Oil Co in Devils Lake, ND
The new contract will be in effect on November 1, 2020. Make any necessary changes to transition to the new contract.
