Retirement plan participation is a major aspect of the total rewards available to you as a member of Team ND. Since retirement plan eligibility is determined in part by date of hire into an eligible position and whether you are or were previously a participant in an NDPERS retirement plan, please select from the following options:

  • A total rewards estimate with the DC 2025 retirement plan. Choose this option if:
    • Your actual or assumed first date of employment in an eligible position is January 1, 2025, or later, and
    • You do not have an active or suspended enrollment in the NDPERS Main DB or DC plans based on previous employment.
  • A total rewards estimate with the NDPERS Main DB retirement plan. Choose this option if you have an active enrollment in the NDPERS Main DB plan or a suspended enrollment in the NDPERS Main DB plan based on previous employment.
  • A total rewards estimate with the NDPERS pre-2025 DC retirement plan. Choose this option if you have an active enrollment in the NDPERS pre-2025 DC plan or a suspended enrollment in the NDPERS pre-2025 DC plan based on previous employment.

Please note that this Total Rewards Calculator is set up for the DC 2025, Main DB, and pre-2025 DC plans only. Other NDPERS defined benefit plans (Public Safety, BCI Law Enforcement, National Guard, Judges and Highway Patrol) are not covered. Please contact NDPERS with any questions related to those plans.
