The Capitol Cafe menu changes weekly. The Capitol Café will be open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Breakfast will be served hot bar style, priced by weight open 7 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The grill will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. See the Grille menu.
The main entree station is served hot bar style, priced by weight from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Cash and credit will be accepted. Please no bills over $20.

Email the cafe manager or call 701.751.1017 to submit menu suggestions or schedule catering for a meeting. The Capitol Cafe should be given first consideration when catering an event in the capitol, before using an outside vendor.
