What We Do
Administration, Communications & Budget provides statewide leadership in budgeting, financial management, communications and operational support to state agencies. Prepares the governor's budget, ensuring transparency, fostering collaboration and enabling the efficient delivery of services and communications. Contact: 701.328.2680
Fiscal Management oversees the budgeting, accounting, payroll, financial reporting functions and vendor registry for North Dakota state government entities. Contact: 701.328.2680
Human Resource Management Services provides resource guidance and assistance; promotes consistent HR practices; maintains the state classification and compensation plan; and provides training and mediation services. Contact: 701.328.3290
Shared Services provides procurement services, operates a central supply of office products, manages and operates a central printing and duplicating service, provides and manages central mail room services, and manages the distribution of state and federal surplus property to eligible entities.
