Internal

State agencies and institutions use NDBuys to post bidding opportunities, manage solicitations, and access contracts. NDBuys usage is determined by purchasing thresholds and competition requirements. The bidders list and state contracts are also in NDBuys.

Login Instructions: NDBuys utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO). Select either State Staff or NDUS Staff, then click Login with SSO and enter your credentials.
